A Los Angeles native with Louisiana roots, I am based in California and licensed as a marriage and family therapist. I source my inspiration from knowing that none of us heal alone. The nature of our relationships, with self and other beings, color our capacity to thrive. We belong to each other and that belonging can be beautiful. 

As an embodiment of relationship and community, I've practiced wellness care and support for over two decades; inpatient and outpatient community mental health, education and private practice. I'm a forever student of herbalism, tarot, and more recently, the dharma. Oriented towards liberation, I extend my learning and offerings to sustain clear seeing, purpose and renewal. 

What happens when we thoughtfully transform our relationships, including the one we have with self? I invite wonder, awareness and an abundance of grace in service of deepening internal and external connectedness. My hope is that work with me will nourish inner trust and discernment, cultivate presence, and honor your experiences thus far. 

My services are both in person and virtual.
