A Los Angeles native with Louisiana roots, I am based in California and licensed as a marriage and family therapist. I source my inspiration from knowing we belong to each other and none of us heal alone. The nature of our relationships, with self and other beings, impact our capacity to thrive. 

As an embodiment of relationship and community, I've given over two decades to wellness care and support; inpatient and outpatient community mental health, education and private practice. I'm a forever student of herbalism, tarot, and more recently, the dharma. Oriented towards liberation, I extend my learning and offerings to sustain clear seeing and renewal. 

What happens when we transform our relationships, including the one we have with awareness? I invite shared curiosity, a focus on balance and an abundance of grace to deepen understanding of internal and external connectedness. My hope is that work with me will nurture inner knowing and discernment, embrace presence, and honor your experiences thus far.
